We held a half week of meetings on September 23 26 at Shortsville Baptist Church along a country road in northern Pennsylvania. Because we are not able to park next to the church, we parked at Ives Run RV Park. Ives Run is part of Tioga-Hammond Lake built and maintained by the Army Corps of Engineers. Tioga and Hammond Lake protect the river valley from flooding. We were able to see a bald eagle nest, an osprey nest, and an albino chipmunk. What a joy as we drove to church each day!
We enjoyed the fellowship with these dear saints. They were examples of faithfulness and dedication as they attended the services. They are committed to praying and reaching their neighbors. Please pray for this church as Pastor Butler and the church family strives to reach this area for the Savior.
